Overview

ColorFolio ("the App") is developed and published by Possisoft ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of ColorFolio on iPad.

ColorFolio is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not collect personal information and all coloring progress and user data is stored locally on your device. Content packs can be downloaded from our servers, but these downloads do not require an account or transmit any personally identifiable information.

Data We Collect

ColorFolio does not collect personal information. The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

  • Your coloring progress for each artwork (which regions you've colored and which colors you used)
  • Your palette customizations and saved color preferences
  • Your app settings, including appearance and display preferences
  • A record of which content packs you have downloaded
  • Your premium entitlement status (managed by Apple's StoreKit)

Content Pack Downloads

ColorFolio allows you to browse and download additional artwork packs from our content servers. When you download a pack, your device makes a standard HTTPS request to our content delivery infrastructure. This request may include standard network identifiers (such as your IP address) as part of the connection, which is inherent to how internet requests work. We do not log or store IP addresses beyond what is automatically maintained in standard server access logs, and we do not use this information to identify or track individual users.

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to browse or download content packs.

In-App Purchases

ColorFolio offers content packs available for purchase within the App. All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Possisoft never receives, processes, or stores your payment information. For purchase-related questions, please refer to Apple's billing support.

Third-Party Services

ColorFolio does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or social media platforms. The third-party frameworks used are:

Analytics

ColorFolio does not include any analytics SDK or behavioral tracking code. We do not collect in-app usage data.

Apple may independently collect aggregated, anonymous App Store analytics (such as download counts and crash statistics) as described in Apple's Developer Program License Agreement. We have no access to any personally identifiable information through this mechanism.

iCloud and Cloud Sync

ColorFolio does not currently use iCloud or any cloud sync service. All coloring progress and preferences are stored on your device. If iCloud sync is added in a future version, this policy will be updated before the feature ships and sync will be opt-in.

Children's Privacy

ColorFolio is intended for adult users and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at hello@possisoft.com and we will promptly address the situation.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because ColorFolio stores all user data locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the App from your iPad. This permanently removes all locally stored coloring progress, palette settings, and preferences.

Security

ColorFolio does not transmit personal data. Content pack downloads use HTTPS for secure transport. App data stored on your device is protected by iOS's built-in app sandboxing and your device's own security features.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
